Diggers Beach 
 
Completed in 2010, this Diggers Beach court yard was designed by Rob Hagenaar with entertaining and practicality in mind. The eye is drawn to the backlit rusted tree inspired panels inset into the stone tile walls. The water feature and inset lighting create the tranquil mood of the courtyard that is seen from the master bedroom. The stone tiles flow seamlessly from the bi-fold doors of the home's living area. Low maintenance plants, such as dragon tree, bromeliad, strelitzia and zamia, create practical yet beautiful raised garden beds.

Feature Garden 
Korora 
 
Completed in 2013, this feature garden in Korora boasts the lush zoysia tenuifolia grass with its unusual texture and vibrant green colour. The simple feature rock and sparsely arranged plants create a beautiful and relaxed vibe.  ​​​​​​​​​
Concrete Driveway, Rock Retaining Wall & Steps
Westport, New Zealand
 
Completed in 2014, Rob and Josh spent two weeks on the west coast of New Zealand's South Island installing a disabled access concrete driveway and a stone retaining wall that creates a level grass area for the entrance of this home. The grass area and rock retaining wall includes a feature pond made from a recycled drinking trough and informal stone steps. Native New Zealand plants and instillation of turf will finish off this project. ​​​​​​​​​
Yard Makeover
Korora

Completed in 2014, this yard makeover included instillation of a concrete slab to extend the patio area, new charcoal paver garden edge, river rock mulch and artificial turf to create a maintenance free yard with both function and aesthetics in mind.

Coffs Harbour and Surrounds

These images show a variety of residential projects completed in the past two years in the Coffs Harbour area. Projects include paving a pool surround, a backyard makeover with retaining wall and turf, a front yard garden in Sawtell and a structural pergola in Dorrigo. Images include some before, during and after photographs.
